Shillong Teer Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Shillong Teer is an online betting and lottery platform operated for players in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Shillong Teer and its users. It is your responsibility to read this document in full before using any of the platform's services.

Shillong Teer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Shillong Teer, you must meet the following requirements.

• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Each individual may hold and operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Registrations from countries where online betting is prohibited will not be accepted.

You will be required to create a password when registering your account. Keeping this password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Shillong Teer will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or via message.

You are fully responsible for everything that happens on your Shillong Teer account. Never share your account credentials with anyone, and do not allow others to play on your behalf.

• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are strongly encouraged to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.

Shillong Teer is not liable for any loss resulting from a security breach of your account, unless it is directly caused by a fault in our own systems.

Shillong Teer currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Make a note of your transaction ID when making a deposit.
• Your balance is typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have sufficient balance and all active bonus wagering requirements must be met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to your registered mobile banking number only.
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
• At least one deposit must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Shillong Teer reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal where fraud or a rule violation is suspected. If the investigation clears the user, the withdrawal will be processed promptly.

Shillong Teer offers a range of bonuses — including a Welcome Bonus, Daily Reload, Weekly Cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is at least 10x the bonus amount.
• Each promotion may only be used once per person, household, or device.
• Bets placed with a bonus must have odds of at least 1.50.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

Shillong Teer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be deducted from the account in question.

The Shillong Teer lottery is based on the actual results of the traditional teer game played in Meghalaya. The First Round (FR) takes place at 3:45 PM and the Second Round (SR) at 4:45 PM.

• The minimum bet amount to participate in the lottery is ৳10.
• The maximum bet per number on each ticket is ৳5,000.
• Lottery results are final and cannot be changed.
• If result publication is delayed due to a technical issue, Shillong Teer will ensure the correct result is confirmed.
• If play is suspended in Meghalaya, the lottery for that day will be automatically cancelled and all stakes will be refunded.

Shillong Teer lottery results can be independently verified through external sources. We place the highest priority on result transparency.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino betting on Shillong Teer:

• Once a bet has been accepted, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
• In some cases, pre-event bets may be cashed out before the event begins.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Shillong Teer reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled midway, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

Accounts will be immediately suspended if the user is found to be involved in any of the following activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or selling another person's account.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's system.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents.

Shillong Teer reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation has been found.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If account verification details are not provided.
• As required by law or a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own self-exclusion request.

Any valid balance will be returned following an investigation before the account is closed. However, if fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Shillong Teer is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want every player to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits can be set on each account.
• A temporary cooling-off period is available, ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion can be requested through our support team.
